Join chef Scott Alan and his team of local chefs to create some of Costa Rica’s most popular appetizers. Fresh fish ceviche, empanadas, fried plantains, and Costa Rican cacao are some of the oldest and most delicious appetizers carried down through generations of Costa Rican families.
You will learn Scott’s personal recipes, get to participate in the creation of them, and of course sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor!
The class is located in a gorgeous professional kitchen overlooking the rainforest. Bring your binoculars and camera because toucans are spotted on a daily basis.
