2 cups sugar 1 cup of milk 6 eggs 1 cup of condensed milk 1 cup evaporated milk 1 cup of shredded coconut Chantilly or whipped cream to taste (optional)
Heat sugar in frying pan on low heat until it turns into caramel. Pour into the bottom of a 9" square glass dish and set to cool. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a blender, (except the Chantilly) until it is completely blended. Pour mixture into the pan on top of the hardened caramel. Place the dish into a larger rectangular dish filled with about an inch of water, creating a water bath. Cook in the oven for 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool outside of the oven for one hour and then refrigerate for one hour before serving. Top with whipped cream or Chantilly.
